Data is stored in Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled through Microsoft Entra ID with group-based authorization.

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with:
- Service Providers — Microsoft Azure for hosting and infrastructure services.

We retain account information and uploaded content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage logs are retained according to Azure Monitor retention policies.
