Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RTC VoiceCloud KBAM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
KBAM is a knowledge base and file management platform provided by RTC VoiceCloud for authorized users and their customers. The Service includes article publishing, file storage, and customer portal access.
3. User Accounts & Access
Access to administrative features requires authentication through Microsoft Entra ID and membership in an authorized group. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious files or content that violates applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use the Service to store, distribute, or transmit material that infringes the rights of others.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to abuse storage resources.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Content uploaded to KBAM remains the property of the uploading party. RTC VoiceCloud does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content. However, by uploading content you grant RTC VoiceCloud the right to store, serve, and display it as necessary to operate the Service.
6. File Storage
Files uploaded through the Service are stored in Azure Blob Storage. Upload size limits are enforced per file type. RTC VoiceCloud reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
7. Availability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RTC VoiceCloud does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and shall not be liable for any data loss or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTC VoiceCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
RTC VoiceCloud may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
